The You-First Audit
Clarity on your time, lifestyle and expectations, so your plan starts where you are. You set the pace.

The individual attention of a personal trainer, with the energy, accountability and value of training alongside others. In a private facility in Kiln Farm, Milton Keynes.
Small group personal training (SGPT) is coached strength and fitness training in a small group, typically 4–8 people per coach. Everyone follows the same progressive structure, and the coach adapts the exercises, weights and movements to each person's goals, experience and any injuries.
It sits between one-to-one personal training and a gym class. You get genuine coaching on every rep, without paying for a trainer's full attention, and you train alongside people who'll notice when you're missing.
Small numbers mean your coach can watch your technique, adjust your plan and progress you sensibly. Coaching, not supervision.
Training with the same friendly faces builds accountability you can't get on your own. People notice when you're not there.
Expert coaching and a structured plan, for typically less than the cost of one-to-one personal training.
How we make it work for you
You don't need to train six days a week, swear off bread or treat fitness like a second full-time job. You need a plan built around what you want, what your body needs and what your life actually looks like.
We start by getting crystal clear on your time, lifestyle and expectations, so your training and nutrition are built around where you are right now, not where someone else thinks you should be. You set the pace, with full flexibility around how often you train. We'll even help the people closest to you become part of your support system.
We're total technique nerds. You'll learn how to get the most from every movement, meaning better form and more progress. A full video library covers everything from adjusting a bench to nailing your squat, and detailed progress reviews at the start, middle and end of each month show what's working and what to fine-tune.
We'll never ask you to over-restrict, follow rigid rules or push through at the cost of your wellbeing. You get regular check-ins, daily support and someone in your corner who's literally a WhatsApp message away. The goal is habits that last, flexing as life does.

Why Hōm is different
Most gyms get this wrong. It's the combination of expert coaching, meaningful support and the feeling of home that makes the difference, not any one gimmick.
Is it right for me?
You don't need to be fit, confident or knowledgeable before you join. Helping you get there is our job.
No. In a class, everyone copies an instructor. In small group personal training, a coach watches your technique, adapts movements and weights to you, and progresses you sensibly over time.
Everyone follows a shared, progressive training structure, and your coach adapts it to you: your goals, your experience and any injuries or limitations. Think personal coaching within a small group, rather than a completely separate plan.
Sessions last 60 minutes, with typically 4–8 clients per coach. Small enough for genuine coaching, big enough for a great atmosphere.
That's up to you. You've full flexibility around how often you train, and we'll agree what's realistic for your life during your You-First Audit.
